What is the difference between the Free Package and the Professional Package?
The Free Package allows you to establish a basic presence with essential features like company logo, name, tagline, a basic description, offered services, and contact information. It also includes geolocation, work hours, and a gallery of up to 3 images. The Professional Package includes all Free Package features, plus advanced tools to increase visibility and interaction, such as a contact form, an extended company description, a complete services list, accepted payments, top positioning, a gallery of up to 10 images, and 1 YouTube video. It also includes a Verified Professional Badge, Events Calendar, Direct Messages (Chat), Courses (coming soon), and Priority Support (within 24 hours).
How can I update my professional profile?
Log in to your dashboard and navigate to the “My Profile” section. Here you can edit and update all your business information, add new images to your portfolio, and manage your services.
Can I receive payments through Skrapp.pro?
The Professional Package includes the option to list accepted payment methods. Transactions occur directly between you and the client; Skrapp.pro is not an intermediary.
How does geolocation work for clients?
Clients can use the geolocation-based search function to find professionals closest to their location. This allows you to be easily found by those looking for services in your area.

Use the search bar on the homepage. You can search by service type (e.g., “Body Shops”, “Mechanics”, “Detailing”) and enter your location. The platform will use geolocation to show you the closest professionals.
Is it free to use Skrapp.pro to find professionals?
Yes, it is completely free for individuals to search for and contact professionals on Skrapp.pro.
How can I contact a professional?
You can contact professionals directly through their profile. If the professional has a Professional Package, you can use the contact form or direct chat. You will also find contact information such as phone and email, if provided.
Can I leave a review for a service I received?
We are currently working on a verified review system for clients. This feature will be available soon to help you share your experience and assist other users in making choices.
Does Skrapp.pro handle bookings or payments?
Skrapp.pro facilitates direct connection between you and the professional. Bookings and payments are handled directly between you, without intermediaries from our platform.
